Faith Acres Farm

FaithAcres.png

Laurel Ridge Dairy is a family owned and operated farm steeped in the tradition of providing healthy, fresh products directly to its consumers. All plants started from seed right there on the farm. Selections geared toward the discriminating chef. Fresh eggs and poultry are all free range and their chicks are hatched from their own stock and raised right on the farm.

Another family tradition is their maple syrup.  Their trees are tapped and cooked in the sugar shack and provide a maple syrup that will surpass your expectations.  A true local favorite. A true multi-purpose benefit this farm has is its bees.  They utilize bees to pollinate the crops as well as produce high quality honey for their consumers.
Customers can purchase their products directly from the farm at their leisure during business hours, as well as at the Pendleton County Farmers' Market. They graciously extend an invitation to the consumer to visit the farm to see where the products are produced and get the opportunity to talk to them directly about their farm practices. They strive to educate the consumer about the many benefits of locally grown and produced products. Their CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program provides easy access to those families that strive to eat healthy and bring fresh, nutritious locally grown foods to their table.

Fairy Rose Farm

Fairy Rose Farm is owned by Rose and Charles Sinning. They are a small farm specializing in growing ginger, turmeric, garlic, heirloom tomatoes and peppers, and culinary greens and herbs. They also dehydrate their herbs and spices to sell, as well as to make our own blends and teas. Rose said they have also just purchased their first grain mill to grind corn meal to sell at the Pendleton County Farmers' Market. Fairy Rose Farm sells their Ginger to Alexandria Brewing Company in Campbell County to make their Gingerlicious Ginger Beer.
